Last updated June 17, 2026
ClassShuffle is operated by John Humbert. For support, billing, privacy, account deletion, feedback, or data requests, contact classshufflesupport@gmail.com.
Use of ClassShuffle
ClassShuffle helps teachers create and present classroom groups. You are responsible for the class and roster information you add to the app and for using it in a way that follows your school or district policies.
Teacher Accounts
Teachers may sign in with Google or Microsoft to save classes across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure.
Early Access
ClassShuffle is currently in Early Access. Core features are ready to use, but the product may change as improvements are made.
Student Information
ClassShuffle is intended for teacher-managed classroom use. Students should not create accounts or enter information directly. Only add the student information needed to create and present groups.
Acceptable Use
Do not use ClassShuffle to store sensitive information that is not needed for classroom grouping. You are responsible for following your school or district policies and any approval process that applies to classroom technology.
Backups, Export, and Deletion
You can export ClassShuffle data and delete class data from inside the app. Deleted data may not be recoverable unless you saved your own export. Account deletion may remove classes, student names, grouping preferences, saved groups, separation rules, support pairings, front-of-room preferences, account settings, and access to paid features.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Cancellation
ClassShuffle Pro is a paid subscription. The current Early Access annual price is $19/year, with a monthly option of $3.99/month. A one-time 14-day Pro trial may be available after sign-in with no credit card required.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Stripe checkout and the Stripe customer portal show billing details, renewal, cancellation, and payment-management options. If a trial ends without an active paid subscription, the account returns to the Free plan. If a paid subscription is canceled, access continues only for the period shown in Stripe.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period, unless you choose to delete your account sooner.
Refund requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.
For billing help or refund requests, Contact Support.
Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited or ended if ClassShuffle is misused, if payment fails, or if continued access would create a security, legal, or operational problem.
Availability
ClassShuffle is provided as a classroom tool, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Teachers should keep a backup plan for classroom routines.
Limitation of Liability
ClassShuffle is provided as a classroom support tool. To the extent allowed by law, ClassShuffle is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as ClassShuffle changes. The updated date above will show when this page was last revised.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
