Account Deletion

How to delete your ClassShuffle account and saved class data.

Before deleting

Account deletion may permanently remove classes, student names, grouping preferences, saved groups, saved seating arrangements, separation rules, support pairings, front-of-room seating preferences, account settings, and access to paid features.

Active subscriptions

If you have an active paid subscription, manage or cancel it through the Stripe customer portal before deleting your account. ClassShuffle should not delete the account you need to manage billing while the subscription can still renew.

If your subscription is already scheduled not to renew, deleting your account will immediately remove your ClassShuffle data and access. Deleting your account does not create a prorated refund.

How to delete

  1. Sign in to ClassShuffle.
  2. Open Classes.
  3. Go to Privacy and data.
  4. Use Delete Class Data or Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation carefully before continuing.
