Account Deletion
ClassShuffle is operated by Humbert Digital Products LLC.
1. Your Information
You can delete individual classroom information where supported or permanently delete your entire ClassShuffle account.
2. Before Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. It removes classes and student names or display names, grouping rules, placement needs, Readiness Levels, saved groups, classroom layouts, seating charts, seating assignments, account preferences and related classroom information. Deleted information may not be recoverable.
3. Subscriptions and Account Deletion
Deleting an account cancels future Pro subscription renewals and ends your access to ClassShuffle and its paid features. Payments already made are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. If we cannot safely stop billing, deletion stops and shows an error; you do not need to visit Stripe separately. If you only want to prevent renewal and keep your account and remaining paid period, choose Cancel Subscription in Manage Account instead.
4. How to Delete Your Account
1. Sign in to ClassShuffle. 2. Open Manage Account from the account area. 3. Scroll to Danger Zone. 4. Choose Delete Account. 5. Read and confirm the permanent-deletion notice. If asked, sign out and sign back in to verify your identity, then retry. This deletes your ClassShuffle account, not your Google or Microsoft account.
5. After Deletion
Account and classroom information is removed from active systems. Temporary secure backups may remain until normal overwrite or deletion. Legitimate legal, accounting and security records, including financial records held by Stripe, may be retained as needed. If cleanup reports an error after renewal has stopped, retry or contact support so deletion can be completed.
